I have to say that collecting Elmo paraphernalia is one of my favorite things to do. That’s why I’m giving this Elmo Live review. With all the other meaningless toys out there these days, Elmo is one that just stands out among the rest. He’s educational; likeable in every sense of the word; and beloved by children all over the world. The new Elmo Live toy that is coming out soon is definitely going to be the latest addition to my collection.
I have been reading other Elmo Live reviews online and everyone really seems to highlight one certain element of this new toy; and that is how hi-tech it is. Fisher Price put all they had into creating this new Elmo and it has surpassed all the other Elmo dolls that have come before.
Elmo has been around for a long time, even before people really knew he existed. When Fisher Price decided to make toys that personified the little red monster, they really wanted to make him seem as believable as the real-life character himself. Although, they were limited by the technology of the time, they still managed to always have the top of the line, most innovative toy on the market.
So, it is no surprise that the Elmo Live toy holds up to the expectations that people put on every new invention that Fisher Price puts out. Although he doesn’t jump up and down or walk, he pulls you in with his initial welcome and invitation to give him a big hug. You just can’t resist this little guy and neither will your little one.
The Elmo Live toy is just so lovable with the baby-like voice and gentle personality. He also has that contagious giggle that made him famous. He will reward you with it when you tickle his belly. Then, he will tell you a joke to go along with that giggling. You know it will be a funny one but make sure you laugh loud enough, because if you don’t; he will think you don’t like it and say, “Is this mike on?”. You will start to hear crickets chirping in the background and then he will say, “Oh boy…” It really is a great little act to watch.
I read an Elmo Live review that talked about how Elmo will sit down, cross his leg, think a bit, and then tell you a story about his life on Sesame Street and the people he has met there. That just blows me away. After singing a song that gets you up and moving with your little one, then hearing a joke while watching all the movements this toy makes; to have story telling time is just icing on the cake.
I’m definitely going to be looking for this Elmo online and ordering it as soon as I can. Even though he’s not going to be hitting stores until the middle of October, I want to make sure I get one now because this toy will be flying off the store shelves. I can guarantee that.
