Get read world, here comes Elmo Live! I know the world was taken by storm when Tickle Me Elmo came out, but now they’re going to be blown away when they see Elmo Live. I bought it because, well, my son loves Elmo. He’s three and can’t get enough of him. We’ve got Elmo sheets and shirts and cups and plates. We buy everything we can that is Elmo because the whole house loves him! When we heard about Elmo Live, we were ready and excited to be able to buy him!
We headed to the store and picked him up. We wanted to wait until my son’s birthday, but we were too excited! We opened him up when we got home and my son was extremely happy to see him, as were we! What surprised us the most wasn’t that Elmo looked so lifelike, but that he acted so lifelike! If you put him on a shelf and didn’t know better you’d think that there was a puppeteer behind him, moving him the way that he does on the show.
This Elmo does so much more than just giggle. Elmo Live stands up, moves his arms, and has real lifelike mouth movement! Elmo Live is a much better toy than Tickle Me Elmo ever dreamed of being. Don’t get me wrong, we still love our Tickle Me Elmo, but he can’t hold a candle, technologically wise, to Elmo Live. If you only get one big toy this year for your toddler or young child, make it Elmo Live. Both you and your child will get hours of enjoyment listening to him and playing with him. It’s like having Elmo right in your house!
