If you were like me and an only child or only have one child, then the new Elmo Live toy is a great gift to give. I understand how lonely it could be with no one to play with sometimes and it would have been great to have a toy that I could interact with and feel close to. From the Elmo Live reviews I have read online, this toy possibly could be an answer to some toddlers’ loneliness. My Elmo Live review isn’t to say that this is the answer to everyone’s problems but I think it can have great benefits for a child who has a hard time being alone.
Some small children are able to play alone and entertain themselves with no trouble. For the others, like I was, it would be nice to have a playmate that they could take almost anywhere they go to keep them company. Elmo Live is soft, huggable, and around a foot tall. He will give a warm and loving greeting when a child squeezes one of his hands and it just goes on from there. His adorable baby-like voice will ask you for a big hug. Once you hug him, he will tell you how much he loves you. What child could feel lonely with that available to them whenever they need some encouragement?
Mom or dad can’t always be there so the Elmo Live toy really keeps a child from feeling lonesome sometimes. It is kind of hard to imagine a toy being able to do that but when a child is really small and doesn’t have the social skills yet to keep themselves busy, this toy fits the bill. He will make them feel like a friend is there with them.
If a child is down, the Elmo Live toy will always make them smile. They can tickle his tummy and immediately get a giggle from him. Then he will tell them a funny joke and have them laughing all their cares away. They can sit and listen to him tell them a story about one of their favorite places: Sesame Street. He’ll tell them all about his experiences there and the people he has met.
Elmo Live will also get a child up and moving. He has a bebop song he likes to sing that is really catchy. They will be so lost in singing and bopping along that they will forget everything else around them. I think this toy is really a great gift for any child ages two to five years old. And they don’t have to be an only child. I just think an only child would greatly benefit from this advanced and gifted toy.
But don’t take my word for it. What I say in my Elmo Live review is from my heart but don’t rely on it to make a decision. Order Elmo Live and see for yourself how great this toy is. I can’t imagine what Fisher Price will think up next.
